Healthy Happy Hour

541 is launching our new healthy happy hour sessions. These sessions will start as a recurring monthly community builder focused on creating healthy opportunities to network, engage and recover. We’ll be adding breathwork, sound baths, Metolius Tea, libations and healthy snacks to our offerings. These sessions are 90-120 minutes long and will be a blast. Sweat, plunge, sit around the fire and drink some tea while you relax and socialize. Cost is $50/person and we’re capping it at 16 people. Bring a bathing suite, towel, flip flops and warm clothes for after your sauna/soak. It’ll be a blast, see you there!

541 Social Club is proud to support the hard working women in our community and offer them a great day of fun focused around wellness and wine! This is a great gift leading into Mothers Day that shows some extra special attention to the wonderful women in our lives.

This mini wellness retreat will include the following activities (All included with initial payment except *Hydration IV Drip):

  • Breath work

  • Yoga

  • Massage (10 Minute Chair Massage - Longer available upon additional booking & payment)

  • *Hydration IV Drip (Vitamins, minerals, electrolytes - 500ml & 1000ml options available upon additional booking & payment)

Wellness Retreat

541 Social Club is now hosting WELLNESS RETREATS!

We want to upgrade our community with all types of health, wellness and fitness opportunities for individuals to come and experience the power that various sport, spa, and recovery modalities can have on creating a positive impact and personal growth for each individual.

Our wellness retreats involve collaboration with many different vendors and themed events, so we can support a wide range of individuals and desired performance outcomes.

The DayLight Savings Wellness Retreat is integrating Breath-work (hosted by Biohacking Bend), Yoga (hosted by Yogic Functional Wellness) and Contrast Therapy (hosted by 541 Social Club).

This event will start at 9am and will support a maximum of 24 participants. The cost is $55/participant. The days events will be delivered as follows.

9:00am - Welcome greetings, session overview, group breakout into 3 groups (Groups rotate experiences every 30 mins)

  • Group 1 = Breath-work (9:10am) -> Yoga (9:50am) -> Contrast Therapy (10:30am) - (8 people per group and will rotate every 30 minutes)

  • Group 2 = Yoga (9:10am) -> Contrast Therapy (9:50am) -> Breath-work (10:30am) - (8 people per group and will rotate every 30 minutes)

  • Group 3 = Contrast Therapy (9:10am) -> Breath-work (9:50am) -> Yoga (10:30am) - (8 people per group and will rotate every 30 minutes)

    • Contrast Therapy will only be 1 round of hot & cold (30 minutes total) and we will only cold plunge for 1-2 minutes with a quick sauna heat up session after the plunge so that you can be warm and ready to go into the next experience.

11:00 - Session wrap up and social club begins: Food, drinks & games will be provided after the session so feel free to hangout and engage. We love a good time!

Come join us at Rivers Place for a unique and memorable wellness day! This event will be from 2-5pm and will followed by live music starting at 6pm.

The contrast therapy sessions will consist of two rounds of sauna (~190 degrees) and ice bath (~40 degrees).

There will be food trucks and some delicious beers and wines for after the contrast therapy session. There will also be other health and wellness vendors onsite this day to help maximize your performance and upgrade your life. You won't want to miss!
