Growing up in Bend, I always had a dream of being an integral part of this great community. After graduating from Oregon State University in 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sport Science, I was recruited by EXOS, a sports performance based company where I had the humble pleasure of working with some of the greatest and most acclaimed athletes in the world. My role gradually transitioned from sport coach into managing, then directing the adidas sports facilities globally. For the last decade I spent my life traveling the world, living in five different countries launching and managing sport facilities that empowered the adidas employees fitness, health and wellness needs. As 2021 came to a close, I realized my passion for being a nomad and traveling the world was dissipating while an intense desire to realize that childhood dream of owning a business and being a valuable part of the Bend community was growing. I moved back to Bend in 2022 and knew that I was ready to start a health, wellness and human performance centric company. In late 2022, as I was sitting in my sauna with some friends having an amazing conversation around how they wished I could put the sauna and ice bath on a trailer and pull it to their houses for parties and events, it hit me…Mobile Contrast Therapy! That was it, a spark that turned into fire! I spoke with one of my best friends Jake about the idea and he loved it too. We became business partners and threw all our eggs into this mobile contrast therapy basket and have been an official business in Central Oregon since Nov 2022. I can’t tell you how excited, thankful and eager I am to continue integrating into the community, earning your trust and support while delivering an amazing experience for our participants and members. We’re here for the long game Central Oregon and we’re just getting started!
