Hot sauna (~190 degrees) is recommended at a weekly dosage of 90 minutes accumulative throughout the week & cold bathing (~40 degrees) has a weekly recommended dosage of 10-12 minutes throughout the week. Direct hot/cold exposure has major benefits in expediting the recovery process.
