We're stoked to support the LIOE Salmon Run consisting of 5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon distances! We'll be hosting hot sauna & ice bath sessions from 9-2pm for both the racers and spectators! Come cheer on the racers while you enjoy a sweat in the sauna or maximize your post race recovery if your partaking in the race. It's a win/win.
