Our community sessions are the best way to meet new people, build self esteem and confidence in doing hard things while forging new relationships and experiencing something outside of your normal routine. Our community sessions support up to 8 participants an hour and the experience is always guided by coach Clayton. The sessions consists of two rounds of hot & cold exposure; 20 minutes in the wooden barrel sauna (~190 degrees) followed by up to 3 minutes in the commercial grade BlueCube ice bath (~40 degrees). Rest then repeat.
